Over the past four years, Jamie has worked hard to bring new businesses to Barren County and help create new job opportunities for the community. By supporting workforce training and attracting higher-paying jobs, she has focused on strengthening the local economy and opening doors for families across the county.

Having built businesses right here, Jamie understands what it takes to create and sustain good jobs. She will continue working alongside business and industry leaders to ensure quality jobs are created, and remain, right here in Barren County, so future generations can build bright futures close to home.
EDUCATION
Educating the leaders of tomorrow is essential to maintaining a strong and prosperous community.
Barren County is home to outstanding students and dedicated educators who work hard every day to help our children succeed.

Jamie believes schools should be safe, supportive places where children can learn, grow, and thrive. She is committed to ensuring classrooms remain focused on education, not political agendas, and she will never support political indoctrination in Barren County schools.
VIOLENCE & CRIME
Law enforcement officers, firefighters, and first responders make daily sacrifices to keep our communities safe, healthy, and protected. Their service and commitment deserve respect,
support, and gratitude.

Over the past four years, Jamie has worked diligently from the Judge Executive’s office to support public safety professionals in every way possible—advocating for resources, backing their missions, and standing with them as they serve our community.

Jamie stands firmly shoulder-to-shoulder with the men and women who protect and serve Barren County. She believes public safety professionals should be supported, not undermined, and she will never support efforts to defund law enforcement, fire services, or emergency responders who play a critical role in keeping our community safe.
CITY & COUNTY COOPERATION
Strong communities are built when city and county governments work together. Effective leadership means setting aside politics and focusing on what matters most...the betterment of the entire community.

Over the past four years, Jamie has fostered productive relationships between city, county, state, and federal leaders, working with administrations on both sides of the political aisle to move Barren County forward. She believes collaboration is essential to effective local government, and she has led the county accordingly.

Jamie will continue prioritizing strong partnerships between city and county government to ensure resources are used wisely and services are delivered efficiently. The goal is unity. Strong leadership and strong partnerships lead to stronger communities, and that is the approach Jamie has delivered, and will continue to deliver, for Barren County.
INFRASTRUCTURE
A strong community is built on strong infrastructure. Roads, bridges, and public facilities are essential to keeping Barren County safe, supporting local businesses, and ensuring families have a high quality of life.

Over the past four years, Jamie has worked to invest in and strengthen Barren County’s infrastructure while positioning the county for continued growth. She understands that long-term success requires proactive leadership and strategic planning.

Jamie believes it is critical for county government to aggressively pursue grant opportunities that bring valuable resources to Barren County, not only for infrastructure, but for many areas that improve daily life. She remains committed to seeking every available opportunity to invest in Barren County’s future and keep it moving forward.
AGRICULTURE
Farmers work tirelessly every day to provide the food, materials, and resources our community depends on. Agriculture is the backbone of Barren County’s economy, and supporting our farming families is essential to our county’s success.

Jamie recognizes the strength of Barren County’s agricultural community and believes county government should be a partner in helping farmers succeed. She supports assisting farmers in navigating grant opportunities and programs that allow them to continue their proud legacy while adapting to changing needs.

Jamie also believes in attracting businesses that strengthen agriculture, companies that support farmers and utilize locally produced crops, livestock, and goods. By connecting agriculture with economic development, she is committed to helping ensure farming remains strong, sustainable, and profitable for generations to come.
